If you decide that the value of our service or our product does not match the price you paid, then notify us for return instructions. Once the merchandise is returned to Christmas Treasures in satisfactory condition you will receive a refund or in store credit for merchandise only less all shipping cost incurred by Christmas Treasures.

Shipping & Handling

Priority Mail is a non-guaranteed service. The Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date. Christmas Treasures does not provide shipping refunds or credits for packages that arrive late or fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery time of no fault of Christmas Treasures. Unfortunately shipping costs cannot be refunded as these are an incurred expense.

Same Day Processing Service

Same day Processing Service helps your item(s) ship the same day if the items are ordered Monday - Friday prior to 4:00 PM Eastern and are in stock, This is Not Next Day Air Shipping. It just helps your order leave Christmas Treasures that day!
