Order Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, Gift Items and International Policies Agreement

Just let us know your order number and name and we will cancel the order out of our system for you.
If your order has already shipped please note you will be refunded for the cost of the product only you will be responsible for return shipping charges to get
the product returned back to Christmas Treasures. It may also be subject to a restocking fee. Please see Returns and Exchanges below.
Customers that received free ground shipping on their order, and need to return or exchange an item are responsible for all shipping costs during that process.
If you return any portion of an order that used free shipping for a refund,
we may at our discretion charge you the original shipping and handling charge.
Returns and Exchanges
Please confirm the items arrived safely and intact right away upon delivery from UPS or USPS. All claims for damaged items must be filed within 7 days of
receipt of your order. Please keep all packing material and the box merchandise was shipped in for inspection in the result of product damage; failure to do so
can result in a rejected claim or refund. You must email for return or exchange authorization to start the return or exchange process.

with a copy of the original order. Returns and exchanges can be accepted for up to 30 days. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days after you
receive them. ALL returns must first be authorized by
Christmas Treasures, via e-mail. After you receive approval from Christmas
Treasures to return the item, you must ship the item back to Christmas Treasures within 7 days from the day we issue you the return approval
Item must be in new condition, unused, in it's original packaging, item must be in re-saleable condition. Christmas Treasures reserves the right to
refuse return of any item
that is missing any part of its original packaging, appears to be used, altered, or damaged, or is in any way considered to no longer be in
Product(s) returned through no fault of Christmas Treasures will not be subject to a restocking fee. All returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. Goods must be in resellable condition and include all original packaging, no tears, markings or missing pieces. Please fill all voids in the shipping carton with packing material where needed to insure items are not damaged during shipping. Please note you are responsible for all return shipping cost along with shipping insurance to return merchandise back to Christmas Treasures as well as any shipping cost for any exchanges.
Gift items can be held for exchange beyond the 30 day grace period.
International customers, please note that there are no warranties offered on any items that are electrical, lighted, or battery operated, when these items are shipped Internationally. When placing an international order, you are agreeing to accept these items. Please understand that we make an extra effort to check product quality before we ship to any International address. All International orders are insured. If your package is lost or damaged, please notify Christmas Treasures immediately, following the instructions above, and we will make an insurance claim.
You will receive a refund after we have been issued a credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are costs incurred.
Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement,
do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
